Meet BEL!

Mum, Coach & Co founder of RPT

 I started my journey to be fit & healthy.

That turned into something more when I became a mother. 

For me it was then about leading the way.

Setting the best example I could.

Working hard on building the best habits so I could pass them onto my children.

Weight training has been my corner stone.

A corner stone which allowed me to safely train before, during 7 after my pregnancies.

There have been some tough days in my journey.

And being a mother I'm sure there will be many more ahead. 

Staying committed to my journey has allowed me to create & build the right routines & habits to keep me moving towards my goals even as a busy mum of two, partner & business owner.

One of the biggest lessons I have learnt  is you never have to be perfect you just have to be a little better than you were yesterday.

 

BEL'S STATS

  • Training time: 1.5-2 hours total per week
  • Meals: 4-6 per day 
  • Best lift: 10 strict body weight pull up.
