SECRETS TO BECOMING A FAT BURNING MACHINE

The truth is,

It's something we all want.

You too

Want a flatter stomach?

You must become a fat burning machine.

Want leaner legs?

You must become a fat burning machine?

Want tighter glutes?

You must become a fat burning machine.

Want those toned arms?

You must become a fat burning machine.

The only way to change your body shape permanently is to become a fat burning machine.

What does that mean though?

It means your body is functioning the way it should be.

The way it was built to function.

It means your body is functioning at optimal levels.

Guess what needs to happen if you want to be healthier?

Or if you want optimal health?

Or if you want to have more energy?

Or you want to feel better within yourself?

You guessed it!

You must become a fat burning machine.

But I can’t because……..

“Can’t because” doesn’t matter.

It doesn’t matter:

  • What limitations you have.
  • What genetics you carry.
  • How busy being busy you are.
  • What challenges you are facing in life.

None of it matters.

There are only two sides of the coin….

This can be a hard pill to swallow for many.

Because the truth is, everyone can be on whichever side of the coin they choose.

It all comes down to our daily choices and the daily actions we take.

Side one: The fat burning machine.

Side two: The fat storage machine.

It may be a tough pill to swallow.

But if you want the best from life.

If you want to live as long as you can.

If you want optimal health levels as you move through life.

If you want to be comfortable in the one body that you call home.

Then you need to know that,

You can’t be on both sides of the coin.

You can’t sit in the middle.

You are either on one side or on the other side.

The good news is.

If you are not sitting on the side you want, you have the power to change sides.

Permanently.

Forever.

We all are blessed with that opportunity.

It simply comes down to a choice.

You see becoming a fat burning machine is exactly how you live your best possible life.

How you feel your best as you move through life.

How you Function your best as you move through life.

And

How you look your best as you move through life.

Let’s clear  one thing up though.

Becoming a fat burning machine doesn’t mean having “no body fat” or “ripped to the bone”.

Go too low and you will tip in the opposite direction of your body functioning optimally...

Fall in that direction and your body becomes a hormonal shit storm and non-essential bodily functions will start to shut down.

There is a reason if you diet too hard or get too lean you lose you period….

That isn’t a good thing.

I’m not on the side I want to be, so how do I switch sides?

It’s actually quite simple.

But it takes time, consistency & dedication.

It all comes down to 4 key areas.

  • Sleep
  • Stress management
  • Food
  • Exercise

So if hormones, genetics, how busy you are and what challenges you face doesn’t matter why do many people sit on the opposite side of the coin than when they want to be on?

Well there is normally two reasons.

1- It takes time, consistency and dedication to change sides.

    We live in a world where people want and expect things fast and when that doesn’t happen they lose interest, give up, raise the white flag or throw in the towel.

    The thing is you can either spend a little time being consistent and dedicated to get to the side of the coin you wish to be on.

    Or you can spend the rest of your life, which is a hell of a lot of time, on the side of the coin you don’t want to be on.

    You can start to see that giving up or not going after what you want creates more pain than doing the work required to change sides of the coin to where you really want to be.

    2- Picking pieces is the second reason that will keep someone on the opposite side of the coin they want to be.

      Picking pieces is a habit. Just like any habit it must be replaced to allow someone to move onto the side on the coin they wish to be on.

      Picking pieces will always leave you on the opposite side of the coin you want to be on for life.

      You can’t select what areas you want to work on and ignore the other areas, when all areas are required to get to the other side of the coin.

      You see, to live the life you want to live there is really only one side of the coin you need to be on.

      I won’t tell you which one.

      That’s a choice

      Your choice.

      All I will say is choose wisely.

      As life pans out very differently on either side.
